JoJo Siwa and girlfriend Kylie Prew have called it quits. And, even though I tried to resist posting about them, but this duo have proven to be just too damn good to ignore!
I’ve never seen JoJo dancing SEXIER than with incredible partner Jenna Johnson on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars:
“I’ve yet to talk about this officially… but we broke up,” Siwa revealed after host Paris Hilton asked about her budding romance. But the “Dancing With The Stars” contestant said there’s no bad blood between them: “She is literally still my best friend.”
“I’m relly lucky that I didn’t lose her completely,” Siwa said. “Even though relationships end, friendships don’t have to end. That was something I even didn’t know could happen.”
Siwa explained that “nothing bad happened” between her and Prew. “It just is the definition of a cheesy saying of ‘right person wrong time,’ ” she said. “Everything’s good. I’m good.”
‘We’re going to make history’: JoJo Siwa to compete on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ with same-sex partner
(L-R) Kylie Prew and JoJo Siwa attend a drive-in screening and performance for the Paramount+ original movie “The J Team” at the Rose Bowl on September 03, 2021 in Pasadena, California.
Siwa and Prew started dating on Jan. 8. The pair went public with their relationship and became Instagram official in February, one month after Siwa came out as a member of the LGBTQ community.
“After being my best friend for over a year, January 8th 2021 I got to start calling this exceptional human my Girlfriend… and Since then I’ve been the happiest I have ever been,” Siwa wrote on Instagram. In her own post, Prew wrote, “Fall in love with your best friend, guys. it’s THE BEST feeling in the entire world.”

In July, Siwa celebrated the couple’s six-month anniversary on Instagram, describing it as “the Best 6 months ever.” She added, “I’m so lucky to get to call this incredible human my girlfriend. Thank you for everyday making me feel so special and SO loved. I will forever love you more than you know.”
During a joint interview in August, Siwa and Prew said they first met on a cruise before they both came out and instantly bonded. “We just became instant like this,” Siwa gushed while holding up crossed fingers. “Like I had a big secret at the time that I wasn’t supposed to tell anybody and I told her within 10 minutes of meeting her.”
They pair said they were “best friends” for over a year before their connection developed into something more.

But earlier this month the “Dancing With The Stars” contestant, part of the first same-sex dancing duo in the show’s history, alluded to some troubles in her personal life.
“This has been a WEEK. My brain has never been so overwhelmed/overloaded with not only work but also personal life,” Siwa wrote on Oct. 8. “Even though this week has been one of the hardest in my life for so many different reasons, it’s also been one of the best. I’m thankful for every time I smiled this week and every time I smiled in the last 18 years.”
Siwa, born Joelle Joanie Siwa, rose to fame after appearing as a contestant on “Dance Moms” spinoff “Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition” before landing a role as a “Dance Moms” series regular in 2015.
With her giant hair bows, sparkly outfits and larger-than-life personality, she quickly became a beloved internet personality, boasting millions of followers on her social media accounts.
Siwa stars in the Paramount+ original movie “The J Team.” She attended a drive-in screening for the film with Prew in September.
